This site serves as a home to my 1994 documentary, The Fourth Green Field. This documentary examined the state of human rights in Northern Ireland under the Prevention of Terrorism Act. The film was originally shot in 16mm film, but the version I’m uploading is a conversion from a vhs tape. The film was originally distributed by Coe Films. It premiered at the Human Rights Watch Film Festival and was seen around the world. It features some wonderful interviews including a long discussion with Bernadette Devlin McAliskey.
The film is an hour-and-a-half long, and is uploaded in nine parts, as YouTube permits.
